Eleva seeks to boost mining in the future, lifting people’s skills and opportunities, through relevant Professional Technical Training (TP) according to the needs of the industry; and quality.
The program contemplates the development of training and evaluation standards, as well as the exploration of best practices in terms of didactics, learning evaluation, and other components of TP training. To this is added the use of new technologies that accelerate and enhance the learning process. The program also seeks to articulate a network of professional technical training institutions that will receive support for the adoption of the platform’s tools and developments.
Eleva, a public-private initiative, has the participation of the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Ministry of Mining, Corfo, Council of Mining Skills (CCM), Alta Ley National Mining Program, SENCE, Mining Council. Both the design and implementation of this platform have been developed by Fundación Chile.
