17 Ene Alta Ley participates in the Mining Policy Bureau

On January 16th, a new meeting of the Mining Policy Board was held, headed by the Minister of Mining, Baldo Prokurica, this board seeks the sustainability of the sector to contribute to Chile’s development, integrating the economic, social and environmental dimensions to optimize the creation of value for all.

The Alta Ley Corporation was present in this instance, in which it will collaborate on issues related to green mining, innovation and investment promotion. Topics that were addressed in the new Road map, realizing the relevance for the industry of issues such as emissions and climate change, water and energy efficiency, the incorporation of the concepts of traceability and Circular Mining, in the business.

The corporation is currently working on the generation of a new portfolio of initiatives to respond to the need of the industry, to strengthen its compliance and advance in a coherent way towards a vision of the mining that the country needs.
